The book of Proverbs was written by King Solomon. It is a collection of metaphors and sayings that, if studied and taken to heart, will keep you on the righteous path that leads to heaven and even possibly to worldy abundance.
Some of the translation is in the public domain and some of it is from the Revised Standard Version of the Bible.
